In its fourth year, the Writers' Retreat is an opportunity for writers of all genres and experiences to sharpen their skills, reflect, and write at Claggett! Whether you’re a published author, a serious amateur, or simply know you have a story to tell, the Writers’ Retreat offers a serene setting to write, quality instruction, and a supportive environment for sharing and feedback.
The 2022 retreat opens with a keynote address by Kyoko Mori: “Inspiration, Discipline, and Optimism: What a Writer Needs to Keep Writing.”
Workshops are offered each morning, with afternoons left free to write and evening sharing sessions for feedback and support. Whatever you need most in your writing process right now, find it at the Writers’ Retreat.
