Diocesan Convention 2024

The Claggett Center is pleased to host the 240th Convention of the Episcopal Diocese of Maryland.

Information about the event, including how to register, schedule of events, and more can be found at the Diocese of Maryland's website here. 

Delegates representing churches that are 80+ miles from the Claggett Center are eligible for complementary overnight accommodations at Claggett on a first-come, first-served basis. Lay alternates are not eligible. More information can be found HERE. Contact Kim Wyand at kwyand@claggettcenter.org to reserve your room. 

Childcare: Convention Day Camp! 

Need childcare coverage while at Convention? Send your kid to camp for the day!
For children ages 3 -11

Friday, November 8, 8am-4:30pm

Saturday, November 9, 8am-2:30pm

Children of clergy, delegates, and exhibitors are invited to take part in a day of Claggett fun at Convention Camp! Spend a day with Claggett’s summer counselors and enjoy some of our favorite camp activities: arts and crafts, games, and as much outdoor fun as weather permits. Groups will be divided by age if needed. Sign up for one day or two!
